These images except for Key West Porch and Cross Creek were illustrations in a book titled “Expected as a Unicorn”. They represent a previous time in coastal Florida from the vantage point of a young girl. Key West Porch was inspired from a stay at a bed & breakfast on Duval Street in Key West. Cross Creek is the home of famous Florida writer Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings.
